Why does my soap look different than the pictures?
Design and appearance will vary because these are handmade and there will be minor variations in pattern. Each item is unique just like you and me!

Currently, we only ship within the USA.
How much is shipping?
We use USPS to ship our packages. Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of your order.
Do you give samples?
Always! Every order will receive a free sample.
How do I take care of my artisan soap?
For longevity of your soap bar, do not let the bar sit in water. Use a draining dish that will dry the bar in-between uses.
What is the shelf life of your products?
We recommend using products within 1 year.
Are your products allergy safe?
Our products are made with a variety of ingredients, and as such, may come into contact with each other. This is similar to products that you see with "made in a facility with _____". If you have any questions related to a specific allergy, please contact us.
When will my order ship?
Orders will process and ship within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay for shipment, we will contact you via email to provide an update.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
We do our best to package our products so that they arrive safe and intact. However, there are occasions where your package may arrive damaged. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number, tracking number and photographs of the damaged shipping box and product(s).
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour. Once your order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any unshipped orders.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reason, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us.
My package was lost or stolen, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once Your order ships, the ownership transfers to you. If the tracking shows that the item was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim.
Will your soap help my skin?
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The information in our listings pertains to specific ingredient properties used in our products. Please consult a medical professional for any treatment or diagnoses of your skin condition.

Can I place a custom orders?
We would love to create something special for you! Please use the Contact us page to discuss your custom order. Please note that orders for artisan soaps require a 6-7 week pre-order. This is to ensure that we have all materials, scents, etc. in stock to create your special order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once I begin. Prepayment is required.
